About our Home Wedding Studio

Our Home Wedding Studio is your official destination for living happily & beautifully ever after.

With our Home Starter package, you will receive pre-wedding styling advice and post-wedding 3D- rendered rooms that will allow you to live life beautifully, together. We work with couples to combine their interior design styles and needs, into a cohesive home that is functional and inspiring.

Our Wedding Studio also offers boutique home wedding services at special discounted rates including:

Home Wedding Studio

In order to qualify for the special rates from our talented partners, a Home Starter Package needs to be purchased first. This is a great bridal shower gift that family and friends can contribute towards, in order for you to get the discounted rates from Bulb Flowers, KOA Photography and Kristin Swan & Co.

Home Starter Package

Based on 2 x Starter Premium Design Packages & a Virtual Wedding Styling Consultation - Discounted at 15%. Consist of 2 x full room makeovers at a maximum size of 25m2 per room & a pre-wedding styling consultation.

Basic cost R10000

  • Work with our interior designer, Kristin Swan on your pre-wedding style consultation & your 3D home transformation project
  • Intro video call with designer - 60min via Zoom, Google Meets or Whatsapp
  • Up to 60 min 1-on-1 time with your designer via Gerieflijk online messaging or Whatsapp
  • 2 x concept moodboards - 1 for the wedding & 1 for your home with 1 free revision for each
  • 3D floorplan showing placement of all pieces in your home
  • 3D views shown from multiple angles with 2 free revisions
  • Final photo realistic 3D renders from multiple angles, after above revisions
  • 20 working days to final delivery since it consists of 2 x rooms
  • Up to 30min post home design delivery support over 5 working days

Additional Extras

  • In-person Decor Styling on set-up day OR on the wedding day
  • A variety of Moodboards with all decor aesthetics - ceremony, table setting, pre-drinks etc.
  • 3 hours of virtual styling consultations which includes meetings and email correspondence
  • Vendor suggestions with contact details
  • Pack up instructions for the post wedding clean-up

*Excludes travel & accommodation costs if applicable

*Additional costs may apply for a wedding that exceeds 90 guests

  • In-person Decor Styling on set-up day AND on the wedding day AND Hair & Make-up Artistry for a bridal party of max 5
  • A variety of Moodboards with all decor aesthetics - ceremony, table setting, pre-drinks etc.
  • 3 hours of virtual styling consultations which includes meetings and email correspondence

  • Pack up instructions for the post wedding clean-up

  • 1 x Photographer for 6 hours of continuous photographic coverage
  • 200 final edited images delivered in an online downloadable gallery
  • Final gallery will be delivered online 8-10 weeks after the wedding

*Date of wedding must fall in 2022 and within government restrictions.

  • Floristry & Styling of your wedding day
  • Pre-wedding virtual consultation with bride & groom
  • Custom quote with guided photo illustrations based on couple's requirements and taste
  • Pre-wedding correspondence within buisness hours via email or Whatsapp
  • Flowers & Greenery ordering & delivery
  • Set up & styling on the wedding day

*When working with nature, there are no guarantees. Bulb will do their absolute best to supply exactly what you order, subject to the weather & seasonal availability

  • Hair & Make-up Artistry by Kristin Swan & Co on your wedding day
  • Pre-wedding virtual consultation with bride & bridal party if needed
  • Custom quote with guided photo illustrations based on bride's requirements, taste and size of bridal party
  • Pre-wedding correspondence within business hours via email or Whatsapp
  • Set up & styling on the wedding day

Terms & Conditions

  • Please review our Packages page to see what a Standard Premium Package includes.
  • The design project can start before or after your wedding, depending on the time period and our interior designer Kristin Swan’s capacity
  • Note that Premium Package ADD-ONS will still be charged separately if there is a need for them.
  • Please refer to Gerieflijk’s full Terms of Service here
  • Bookings are only made once a deposit, amount as discussed, has been paid and proof of payment received.
  • Unfortunately, they do not accept any tentative bookings.
  • The balance is due in full a week prior to your wedding date, unless discussed and specified otherwise.
  • Travel & Accommodation (if applicable) will be quoted separately
  • Please review Bulb’s full Terms & Conditions document here
  • The wedding date must fall in 2022 and within government restrictions.
  • Booking will be confirmed once the deposit is secured.
  • No raw files will be given.
  • Extra shooter options and additional hours are available if requested but will be quoted separately.
  • Travel & Accommodation (if applicable) will be quoted separately.
  • Please note that this is not a wedding coordinator service but a decor styling service.
  • Offering excludes next-day clean up.
  • This service does not include hiring or sourcing of goods, it only includes suggestions for vendors & service providers.
  • Travel & Accommodation (if applicable) will be quoted separately.
  • Any extra cost absorbed by the stylist is to be communicated between the stylist and the couple and be paid by the client. This transaction will happen between the stylist and the couple.
  • Booking will be confirmed once the deposit is secured.
  • Depending on the size of the bridal party multiple artists may be required and will be quoted for
  • Travel & Accommodation (if applicable) will be quoted separately.
  • Additional T&C will be sent to the bride once booking is confirmed.
